Rental Rates:
- Nightly (fri-sun): $1,750 (minimum 3 nights)
- Nightly (mon-thurs): $1,500 (minimum 3 nights)
- Weekly: $10,000
Fees and Rental Conditions:
- Refundable Damage Deposit: $2,000
- Tax Rate: 9% (local tax rate Sonoma County)
Cancellation policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
House Rules
No smoking inside house. You are limited to the number of people that you included in your booking. Any extra guests must be approved by the owner.
Pets will be permitted on a case by case basis.
