Rates & Policies

Being the exclusive private location we are, all policies are flexible. This is your event, we expect it to work for you.

Rates:

$2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per event, depending on the number of guests and scope.

Charity/benefits treated on a sliding scale basis, negotiable by special arrangement.

What's included:

Use of entire facility for the day for up to 250 guests including:
• 9 hole golf course
• Lighted tennis court (can be covered, used for reception and dance floor)
• Parking for up to 100 vehicles
• Boating, fishing, swimming
• Fully irrigated play areas
• Ample power and water

Also available by arrangement:
• Kitchen with commercial range
• Valet parking

Reservations:

We recommend you make your reservations as far in advance as possible as we fill up.
• 50% deposit required at time off reservation
• 50% 15 days prior to event

Cancellation, refunds, subject to ability to re-book.

Insurance:

You must provide applicable certificate of insurance for your event.
